FYI: This is nice acrylic. It is thick/heavy. You will be pleased with the quality.
I recommend hand washing all acrylic with vinyl monograms. Even though this is the same vinyl that you can put on your rear car window and it can withstand the sun and rain.... I don't think the dishwasher is good for the vinyl or the acrylic. I do add the vinyl to the back of the acrylic platters so that food will not come in contact with the vinyl.
